Timbering:

  • $75.00 Processing Fee
  • $25.00 for the first acre being timbered then $10.00 for every acre thereafter

Mineral Drilling:

  • $500.00 Per Well for shallow well drilling
  • $1,500.00 Per Well for deep gas well drilling

Mineral Extract: $550.00
Use and Occasionally: $10.00
Special Exception: $300.00
Variance: $250.00
Appeal: $300.00 per appeal meeting

  • Timbering* according to §505
  1. Permitted Accessory Uses: Located on the same lot as the permitted principal use.
  • Private garage or private parking area
  • Signs pursuant §504
  • Home Occupations according to to§ 502(1)

  • Riding stables and kennels
  • Beauty salons and barbershops [Ord. 1986-001-1]
  • Timbering according to §505 [Ord.1987-001]
  1. Permitted Accessory Uses: Located on the same lot with the permitted principal uses
  • Private garages or private parking areas
  • Signs according to §504
  • Home Occupation according to §502(2)
  • Other customary accessory uses and buildings, provided such are incidental to the principal use according to §503.

  • Tourist homes and motels [Ord.1986-001]
  • Single-family detached dwellings
  • Agriculture
  • Timbering * according to §505. [Ord. 1987-001]
  • Schools, public and private, including technical, vocational, trade schools, or colleges, according to §806(B). [Ord.1990-003]
  1. Permitted Accessory Uses: Located on the same lot with the permitted principal use.
  • Off-street parking areas.
  • Signs according to §504.
  • Customary accessory uses and buildings, provided such are incidental to the principal use.
  1. Uses Permitted by Special Exception
  • An accessory use is not located on the same lot as the permitted principal use
  • Adult-oriented business according to §806 (D) (1-6).
  • Mineral extraction* according to §806 (C) (1-4).

Designated Flood-prone Areas F

  1. Permitted Uses:
  • Agriculture, horticulture, pasturing, and similar uses
  • Water-related uses such as docks, piers, wharves, and bridges

  • Schools according to §806 (B) (1-4) and technical, vocational, trade schools or colleges.

  • Agriculture
  • Timbering according to §505. [Ord.1987-001]
  1. Permitted Accessory Uses – Located on the same lot as the permitted principal use
  • Off-street parking areas
  • Signs according to §504
  • Customary accessory uses and buildings, provided they are incidental to the principal use according to §503.
  1. Uses permitted by Special Exception
  • Rehabilitation, reform, or halfway house facilities for misdemeanants or juvenile delinquents, and other similar detention facilities for misdemeanants or felons according to PA Code 37 §95.226.
  • An accessory use is not on the same lot as the permitted principal use.
  • Mineral extraction (* Road Bonding or Agreements w/ Governing Body for the use of Twp. Roads to transport timber or minerals shall be arranged.) according to §806 (C) (1-4).
