  • Schools, public and private, including technical, vocational, trade schools, or colleges, according to §806(B). [Ord.1990-003]
  1. Permitted Accessory Uses: Located on the same lot with the permitted principal use.
  • Off-street parking areas.
  • Signs according to §504.
  • Customary accessory uses and buildings, provided such are incidental to the principal use.
  1. Uses Permitted by Special Exception

  • Adult-oriented business according to §806 (D) (1-6).

  1. Permitted Uses:

  • Customary accessory uses and buildings, provided they are incidental to the principal use according to §503.
  1. Uses permitted by Special Exception
  • Rehabilitation, reform, or halfway house facilities for misdemeanants or juvenile delinquents, and other similar detention facilities for misdemeanants or felons according to PA Code 37 §95.226.
  • An accessory use is not on the same lot as the permitted principal use.
  • Mineral extraction (* Road Bonding or Agreements w/ Governing Body for the use of Twp. Roads to transport timber or minerals shall be arranged.) according to §806 (C) (1-4).
